The drilling rig adopts hydraulic cylinder feeding and hoisting with stepless speed regulation for lifting and lowering.It realizes automatic drilling technology:
Automatic pressure drilling under the self-weight of drill pipes and drilling tools
Hydraulically adjustable drilling speed according to different geological conditions
◎ The rig supports automatic pressure drilling.Different pressures can be set for drilling various hard formations, and the drilling pressure is clearly displayed on the pressure gauge. Drilling speed can also be adjusted.
◎ The rig is equipped with a high-capacity hydraulic main winch, providing stepless speed regulation for hoisting and lowering drilling tools, with free rope payout.
◎ The hydraulic auxiliary tool winch features high lifting capacity and fast lifting speed.It is convenient for loading and transporting tools, drill pipes, and accessories, and can slide along ground anchors during drilling to facilitate making-up and breaking-out drill pipes.
◎ The rig adopts integrated mechanical-electrical-hydraulic-pneumatic control.Remote pneumatic control is available for the clutch of the BW850/2 mud pump, featuring high automation, easy and labor-saving operation.Hydraulic cylinders control the movement of the wellhead clamp to lock or release the drill pipe joint.
◎ The rig is equipped with four hydraulic outriggers and two mechanical outriggers.Each hydraulic outrigger cylinder piston rod is threaded with a lock nut.After leveling, the cylinder can be locked to ensure chassis stability even in case of accidental oil leakage.
◎ The rig is fitted with a 30 kW generator with a clutch that can be disengaged when not in use,providing power for on-site water pumps, night lighting, welding, maintenance, and daily electricity.The rotary table is of lever type with internal spiral bevel gear drive, delivering double the torque of similar domestic and foreign rigs.
◎ According to customer requirements, the rig can be equipped with air compressors from Atlas Copco (Sweden), Kaishan, Zhigao, etc., for pneumatic DTH drilling.With other special drilling tools, various drilling methods can be applied.
◎ The rig is equipped with an auxiliary breakout cylinder.It pushes the ratchet of the rotary table to break the first thread of the drill pipe joint,then the rotary table reverses to complete pipe breakout, reducing labor intensity and extending service life.
