Description
Scope of Application
1. This high-speed drilling rig is suitable for general survey and exploration, geophysical exploration, road and construction site investigation, as well as blast hole drilling and other drilling projects.
2. It can be equipped with alloy bits, diamond bits, PDC bits and other drilling tools according to different ground conditions.
3. It can drill sandy clay, rock formations and other strata of 2-9 hardness grades.
Main Features
1. Equipped with hydraulic automatic feed mechanism to improve drilling efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2. Adopts ball clamping mechanism instead of chuck, enabling rod changing without stopping the machine, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
3. The winch is equipped with a retainer, forming a double-sided supporting star wheel structure that can withstand strong impact.
4. The spindle box is positioned by four groups of bearings, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the rotary head to handle complex geological conditions such as gravel layers and pebble layers.
5. The machine adopts a tapered clutch, featuring large torque transmission, convenient operation and maintenance-free.
